acro dance & choreography 
level: beginner dancers age 6+

Acro dance and choreography classes (known as ADC) allows students to combine dance training with their skill-based acro skill training. Classes incorporate the development of dance technique and teach students how to seamlessly incorporate acrobatic movement into dance.

Classes will learn combinations and routines to music each week, as well as partnering and duo skills. 

This class is suitable for students from 6 years old with little or no previous dance training.
